TwiFic Meet Up 2013 Fees

Your TwiFic Meet Up team has been having a great time planning events for you, but now we've reached the not-so-great-time having to plan how to pay for it. Chicago isn't cheap...but we’re going to make it worth your time AND money. Here’s what we’re asking:

Each one of you who signs up and is committed to attending the TwiFic Meet Up, will be required to pay a “Meet Up Fee”. The ENTIRE fee will ONLY be used to pay for meet up related expenses, such as:

-Meeting spaces (for 2 days)

-Catered meals (2 lunches, 2 snacks, appetizers & drinks)

-Official TFMU 2013 T-shirt

-Administrative Costs: This could be a number of things, ranging from name tags, to paper and pens, etc.

Your money is important to you - and it’s important to us. We want you to know what we’re spending it on. You’re going to be responsible for the entire cost of this event, so we want to make it the best event possible. We’re very committed to doing the most fun, most cost effective, and most popular activities.

How much do we want, you ask?

PHASE 1:
Purchased by JANUARY 15, 2013
$125.00/person

PHASE 2:
Purchased between JAN 16 - MARCH 15, 2013
$150.00/person

PHASE 3:
Purchased between MARCH 16 - MAY 1, 2013
$175.00/person

PHASE 4:
Purchased between MAY 2 - JUNE 1ST
$200.00/person

ABSOLUTELY NO EXTENSIONS AFTER JUNE 1, 2013

If you signed up for the payment plan, please remember that the balance of your payments ($25 each time) are due on Feb 1, March 1, and April 1. If you do not pay on time and in full each month, your entire remaining balance becomes due immediately. We will be sending you an invoice each month on the day before the first as a courtesy reminder.

Another important thing to remember: THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. If you pay the fee and don’t show up in Chicago, we’re sorry, but we won’t be able to refund your money.
