I don't know about you guys, but I think 1Lavishone is 1 lucky lady! *wink wink*
Congrats!

Let me introduce you to Hermia:
I'm Bonnie, otherwise known as Hermia or @bjr70.
I'm 42, and I work for a small university press in the Detroit area as a Technical Project Manager. I run all of the systems, the website, and help guide strategy in multimedia, social media and digital publishing.
I've been in and around the fandom since 2008, when a friend of mine sent me LolaShoes' "Let Your Light Shine" with the message "This is what Breaking Dawn should have been." While I've never written in this fandom I've written fic off and on since I was about 12 years old. I wrote Duran Duran fic with my friends at school before I knew what a fandom was. Mostly I've written slash one-shots for various fandoms over the years, including music and scifi fandoms.
I'm a geek who loves science (physics, astronomy, archaeology, paleontology), indie films, cult films, indie music, and reading. My favorite show at the moment is An Idiot Abroad: the Bucket List.
I'm looking forward to meeting everyone, and to having a great time in Vegas. Anyone want to hit The Big Shot with me?
So, if you haven't sent us your spotlight yet now would be a great time to do that. Please email it to us at: twificmeetup@gmail.com

It's that time again... meet Oliviamk1218! :)
Hello fellow readers and writers!
My name is Kahlen and I was introduced to Twilight via my hairdresser about December of 2008. At that time, I hadn't read the books but she was swooning and I had a young daughter, who was a little young for YA, but she was an advanced reader. I decided to read the series to see if it was suitable for her at her tender age. Needless to say I loved the books.
Fanfiction came a little later for me. I was marketing a business and was looking for a way to connect with a lot of women...and what bigger community of women than the TwiHards? I began reading Tropic of Virgo by the amazing, in_a_blue_bathrobe and loved it. I also started writing my very first story around that time. I was very interested in the real lives of the actors and in reading the blogs and web sites, there were many others who were, too. I wanted to read a story where it would echo the real life events and have the blanks filled in, so I looked for it. When I didn't find it, I decided to write what became Beyond Twilight! The rest, as they say, is history. My pen name is Oliviamk1218 and my stories include BT, AfterGlow, Don't Forget to Remember Me and my current project, Isabella After Dark (which will be complete by the time the meetup happens.) All of my work was posted on Twilighted.net and Fanfiction.net at one time, but now it is available on my livejournal community.
Best of all, I'm happy to say, Don't Forget to Remember Me is publishing as a trilogy! The first and hopefully the second books will drop before the meetup.
The fandom has been an great source of support and I've made some life-long friends from all over the globe! I treasure my incredible readers as well as the other writers who work so hard to bring quality stories to the fandom. I'm ecstatic to see so many who are now publishing for real! I'm looking forward to meeting some of these "old" friends in person, as well as make some brand new ones!!
I live in Nebraska with my one daughter (Olivia) and my two golden retrievers (Riley and Sophie). I'm happily divorced and enjoying life! By day, I sell diamonds, and I write all night!
I'm attaching a picture of me with Olivia.
Love and peace...
Kahlen
Vegas is going to be so much fun! We can't wait!

Say hello to another one of our awesome attendees, siledubh:
Twitter name: siledubh, which means "Sheila (Sila) the dark" in Gaelic. My real name is Cecilia and I am retired from a historical re-creation group of a 16th century Irish/Scottish clan. Yes, I was one of those Ren Faire people. "Sila" is the closest Gaelic name to Cecilia and since there was already someone by that name in our clan, I added the descriptor to reflect my Hispanic skin tone, not my personality or evilness.
I'm old enough to be a mom to most of you. In fact my daughter is 23 and she just graduated from Chapman Univ. with a Creative Writing BFA and my son is 21. He is in auto mechanics school and is in 3 different punk bands which practice at our house. I am married and have been with the love of my life for 34 years (I told you I was old). Most days I love my job as an elementary school secretary and I live in Southern California about midway between Disneyland and Hollywood.
Twilight has brought me some really great friends who I spend time with on a regular basis (I'm looking at you @kismit1496) and many who I've only spent time with at Comic Con or at a 100 Monkeys show. There are also countless more friends who I've never met in person but who enrich my life on twitter or on fan fiction blogs.
Speaking of fan fiction - I am a voracious reader (sadly, not a writer) and expect to spend a lot of my time in Vegas fan-girling over some of my favorite writers. I am so grateful to the TwiFic Meet up committee for working so hard to make this event happen!
This photo was taken at Twi-con 2010 and I think it epitomizes how silly I allow myself to be for this fandom.
Please, we are begging you, PLEASE email us your spotlight. twificmeetup@gmail.com

This was the only acceptable photo that I have where I'm not doing something really inappropriate. It was between this and me flashing my bra at the Welcome To Forks sign....
Can't wait to meet you, Rikki.
Now, have you sent us your attendee spotlight? What are you waiting for? It's not hard. Promise. Just send us a little bio and picture (pretty please?) and that's it! See? Not so hard.

Hey, Hey, Hey! Say howdy to SharonMacross!I've been a fic junkie since the summer of '09 I think. My cherry fic was Wide Awake and it was still updating (a happy and angsty time!).
Since I have OCD-like tendencies, an obsessive personality and time on my hands, I run and own a Twilight blog (aurorafades.blogspot.com), website and podcast dedicated to Twilight fan fic (http://www.thelitoftwi.com). I also organize a Southern California (I live in LA) Twilight MeetUp group. That's where I found all of my Twi-friends including my TwiFicSis Patty. If it weren't for these ladies, I don't know what I'd do :')
When I heard about the Twi Fic meet up, I might have danced a bit (a lot). Patty is the only one I know when I can text "omg! Why is Nerdward so f'n hot!" or "whhhhy did toy give me this to read?! I can't stop crying!"

I can't wait to go to Vegas and meet all you lovely people and totally nerd out. I imaging much jumping, arm waving and shouts of "Yes!" or "I Love that fic!" will be in our future.
See you all soon!
Not ashamed to make a fool out of myself or others around me,
-Deb

Come on now. Email us YOUR bio: twificmeetup@gmail.com Subject: Attendee Spotlight
Viva Las Vegas! It's jacndaniel! Hey there.
So, yes that is a pic of me, and ummm- well, I don't know which one the twificmeetup gals are gonna post. So, if it is just a gal, that is me. If it is a whole hoard of ppl, that is my fam. Hubs, Adam, is joining me, and all of you, in Vegas....coming with me to everything Twi-related. Ya, he's kinda awesome like that.
On Facebook you would know me as KF Goodyear- same with Twitter. On FF, however, my pen name is Breath-of-twilight. In the real world, I am known as Mom, Mommy, Love, Dear or just plain ol' Kelli, depending on who wants what from me. :-P I just turned 31, but shhh...let's still pretend I am in my twenties, k?
Anywho, I have been addicted to all things Twilight for a very long time now, signed up- after lurking for about a year- on FF in 2009, posted my fist fic not long after. I read alot, but find it hard to find stuff that can always hold my attention for long spans of time. I write- constantly- and have a total of 31 stories and/or one shots posted on FF. I have hosted The Countdowns now for 3 years- and a total of 8 massive collaborations.
Umm, but in RL, I am boring as shit, swear. I have 4 kids, 2 cats, and a husband that plays too many video games- thus allowing me the time to lose myself in all things twi-related. I sell Avon and am a bookkeeper. Words and numbers are pathetically my life. I go to school for novel writing, and am working on my first set of novels. I love the beach, have one helluva sarcastic sense of humor, and swear like a trucker. I'm pervy by birth, swear I was born this way, and I am excited as all hell to meet up with y'all in Vegas.
So, here's to a great time in the city that never sleeps. See ya all there!!!!

Hey TFMU-ers, say hello to your fellow attendee: CupcakeHuman
Ok, I hope I'm doing this right...My decision to go to the TwiFic Meet Up was based on two things: First, I've never been to Vegas before and second it's something Twilight related. It looks like I'll be the only Texas girl on this crazy fun adventure so far. Vegas and Twilight is a win-win situation, in my eyes. I have only met one other person who's going, but I'm looking forward to meeting people I chat with on Twitter. Believe it or not, I'm a shy person at first. I will be slightly nervous the first few hours of meeting. I'm excited about making new Twi-friends. I'm a newbie when it comes to fan fiction. I've just started reading it within the last year. It took some getting used to, but fan fic is one of my favorite things to read on my Nook. :) As far as bail money goes, I don't have any. :( I'm too pretty for jail. (Ha) I'm hoping as long as I have my room card key and can say my name Ishould be alright. Maybe I should stick a piece of paper inside my shoe with vital information just in case?
My picture is attached. That's me on a recent visit to Alcatraz. A glimpse of Vegas maybe? Ok ok, I also attached a more serious one. :)
Thanks for taking the time to tell us a little about yourself, and so far you WIN for best bio photo! Who could top that??
XOXO
